As you become more attentive in your daily activities, you begin to notice that the need for language gradually decreases.
The language we use in everyday life is merely a tool for expressing ourselves. The real process, however, lies in the images that words create. A language can be taught to the mind, but every human being understands reality primarily through images. For centuries, the human mind has been conditioned in this way. At its core, the brain does not simply process words-it processes the mental images hidden behind them.

It is through these images that the mind becomes trapped in conflict: good and bad, weak and strong, right and wrong. These same images are used to condition people, shape beliefs, and even lead them into hypnotic states of thinking. The entire psychological game revolves around images.
In our own daily lives, we are constantly creating images of ourselves. We build a self-image and present it to others. Much of the struggle in the world is nothing more than an endless battle to create, protect, or destroy these images.
Instead of spending your energy wondering what image the world has formed about you, observe the image you are creating within yourself. What image are you trying to maintain? Which psychological patterns do you keep repeating? What images have accumulated in your mind? Which ones bring pleasure, and which ones create sorrow?
The mind is constantly engaged in creating images, storing them, and thinking about them. Images from the past collide with present experiences and project themselves into the future. Without awareness, this entire movement remains invisible.
Yet this process can be observed in ordinary life-in conversations with others, at work, at home, or simply by watching the movement of your own mind. Such observation is the beginning of a profound Meditation.
