Escape-Daily Essence On JKrishnmurthy Teachings
Find Me On Spotify @Decoding Mind
In the inner world, we are all alone. This truth deeply frightens us. No one wants to remain with that loneliness, nor do we truly want to understand it.
Sometimes, when we get trapped in a painful emotion, there is a small chance that we may stay with it for a while. Yet, sooner or later, we search for an escape.
It is not easy to stay with our own suffering and our own problems. Perhaps that is why we rarely find the real solution to them. Throughout our lives, we are afraid to look at our own wounds. That is the reality of our existence.

Where do we run when we escape from ourselves? We run toward intoxication, knowledge, sex, power, money, or even the search for samadhi, believing that one of these will erase the sorrow clinging to our minds.
But how can suffering disappear without first looking at our wounds? Until we truly observe and understand them, how can any pain be healed? What else could be the reason the mind continues to carry such a heavy burden?
To face our suffering requires courage and energy. It requires self-trust. Above all, it requires the strength to look within ourselves alone. Only then can something truly change.
If we become free from the psychological burdens of the mind, then liberation is here, in this very moment. There is no need to run anywhere or to live behind elaborate pretenses. An ordinary home, simple food, and an unknown life will then feel like the greatest blessings in the world.
The deeper the suffering, the greater the pretense we create to hide it. The moment a person stops pretending psychologically and begins to observe the movement of their own mind, the possibility of transformation begins.
