Daily Life-Daily Essence Of JKrishnmurthy Teachings
Find Me On Spotify @Decoding Mind
Allow complete attention into your daily life and watch how life begins to transform. We all know what it feels like to do something with our whole heart and mind.
We usually give full attention to important tasks like work, studying, or household responsibilities. But for a large part of the day, our mind keeps switching from attention to distraction. Simply noticing when the mind wanders is the beginning of deep awareness. This is something we can practice in everyday life.
Whether you are bathing, eating, speaking, listening, writing, or reading, try to be completely present. This is where true meditation begins.

Living an entire day with awareness is not easy. As you do so, many hidden patterns of the mind begin to appear. Certain memories disturb you. Incomplete thoughts keep repeating themselves. Sometimes, when you pay close attention to yourself, fear also arises. Seeing all of this without escaping is meditation.
In truth, we are afraid of silence. Perhaps we are afraid of a mind whose deepest nature is emptiness. As long as thoughts and mental images keep moving within us, we feel everything is fine. We get trapped in sorrow, or we keep waiting for happiness. In this way, much of our life passes by.
Usually, we seek freedom only when the mind becomes entangled in suffering. Then we struggle, searching for teachers or people who can help us. But the truth is that no one can truly free us. Understanding the mind is our own responsibility.
Instead of waiting for difficult times, begin living your daily life with awareness now. This is not a technique or a practice—it is the way life is meant to be lived. The more attention you bring to each day, the richer and more beautiful that day becomes.
Begin with a small step toward knowing yourself. Ask yourself simple but honest questions, and have the courage to stay with them instead of rushing for answers. The more aware you are in every action, the more meaningful each new moment becomes.
When an action is done with complete attention, it leaves no psychological burden on the mind. No mental image clings to it, and no emotion remains as a weight.
That is why such a mind stays free. Every morning begins without the burden of yesterday, every night is peaceful, and each moment feels fresh, sacred, and full of energy.
