Can We See That Something Is Always Moving?
Can we notice that something in us is always moving? No matter how hard we try, thoughts and imagination never seem to stop completely. The Brain Cells never go quiet।
But something interesting happens when we stop all our efforts to control the mind. The mind often becomes quiet on its own.
Very few people End this constant struggle inside themselves. Most keep doing one thing after another, hoping the mind will finally become peaceful. Yet the movement continues. The world of thoughts, images, memories, and imagination keeps flowing.

And right in the middle of all this movement, there seems to be something that is completely still. It is quite astonishing.
When you run out of options, what else can you do except watch your mind? Because if we continue to blindly believe everything the mind says, it can lead us into confusion, fear, and unnecessary suffering.
Sometimes, in meditation or while deeply involved in a task, we naturally step away from this constant movement for a while. But most of us do not go deeply into it. Maybe we do not feel the need To Enquire More, or perhaps we hope to find something in books, ideas, or the world that the mind can hold onto.
We simply want the mind to settle somewhere-on an idea, a belief, an image, or a personal goal.
Yet even then, the mind does not become truly quiet.
The immovable can perhaps be discovered only when you begin to question the entire structure of your mind. The structure created by family, society, and by yourself. The structure that has been hurt, betrayed, frightened, and is constantly searching for peace.
Perhaps One day, a revolution begins within you. You start breaking down these inner walls and continue until the whole structure is Collapsed. The moment you begin this journey, you are already in touch with something immovable.
No word can break it.
No emotion can touch it.
It is like a rock standing in the middle of a flowing river.
(My words may not fully express it, but being with the immovable does not require words. Perhaps there is only one simple invitation:
"Stop running away from yourself.")
